Matt McNabb serves as CEO of Native, a technology company, backed by Vista Equity Partners, built to digitize analytics in the world’s largest—and most analog—markets. He has spent his career operating at the intersection of advanced data analytics, emerging markets, and capital markets, transforming fragmented, low-signal environments into intelligence-grade systems that deliver measurable outcomes.

Prior to Native, Matt served as CEO of Premise Data Corporation (exit 2025), a global marketplace for data collection across public and commercial sectors backed by Valor Equity Partners, Westcap Group, Winslow Capital, and NightDragon, among others. He joined Premise following its acquisition of a prior data analytics business that he co-founded (exit 2021). Across these and other roles, Matt has led and executed corporate restructuring and M&A on both the buy side and sell side, including company formation, strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and successful exits.

Over a 20+ year career, Matt has served as a 2x founder and 4x Chief Executive Officer, as well as Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Interim Chief Marketing Officer, board member, and investor across internationally scaled businesses. Prior to his experience in venture and private equity backed businesses, Matt spent the early stage of his career leading primary field research within conflict zones and strategic advisory to policymakers in relation to high consequence national security missions.  

Matt holds degrees from King’s College London and Syracuse University, with other advanced studies at Harvard Business School and Le Cordon Bleu Paris.  He lives between New York City and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, with his wife Lauren and their Sheepadoodle, McKinley.

Carlos Pelayo is the Chief Financial Officer of Native, where he leads financial strategy and value creation for a high-growth, AI-driven market intelligence platform serving global consumer brands in emerging markets. A Tech CFO and former investment banker, he brings over 20 years of experience building, fixing, and scaling companies in complex, high-stakes environments.

At Native, Carlos has been a core operator in designing the business around scalable products, reshaping the go-to-market model, securing new capital, and building a modern, tech-enabled finance function from the ground up.

Previously, Carlos served as CFO of La Haus, a venture-backed proptech platform in Latin America, where he rebuilt the financial model, cut cash burn by ~90%, improved unit economics by ~5x, and worked closely with investors including NFX, Kaszek, and Bezos Expeditions to raise +$100M in growth capital.

Earlier in his career, Carlos spent 15 years at Credit Suisse Investment Bank and HSBC, advising on multi-billion-dollar M&A and capital markets transactions across emerging markets.

Carlos holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an Industrial Engineering degree from ITESM. He is based in Mexico City and maintains a regular operating presence in New York. 

Carlos Pelayo

Alex Grubman is the Chief Operating Officer at Native, where he leads day-to-day company operations and oversees M&A integrations. At Native, Alex partners with the CEO to define the company's strategic objectives and works with each leadership function to implement action plans to achieve those objectives. Previously, he served as the Chief Product Officer and built the scalable infrastructure underpinning Native’s marketplace and intelligence layer, enabling AI-driven decisions at global scale.

Alex joined Native as a seasoned startup executive, having held leadership roles across multiple high-growth companies. He began his career as a management consultant at Accenture before joining Rappi, Latin America’s largest on-demand delivery platform, which raised over $2B including a landmark $1B round from SoftBank.
At Rappi, Alex spent four years scaling the business across the region. He built and led Rappi’s supply-side Operations function, driving expansion into 40+ cities and 4 new countries, before transitioning into product leadership as a Director of Product, managing multiple product teams across Rappi’s technology organization.
Alex has also held senior leadership roles at other marketplace and vertical SaaS startups, including JOKR and Cookin. At Cookin, he led the launch and scaling of the company’s vertical SaaS platform, which resulted in a successful acquisition by CookUnity in 2024.

Alex holds a Master’s Degree in Development Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Northwestern University.

Based in New York City, he brings a global perspective to leadership, shaped by living and working across eight countries on four continents and by fluency in three languages.

Alex Grubman

Kevin Lunn serves as Vice President of Product at Native, where he leads product strategy, platform architecture, AI system design, and computer vision integration across the company’s intelligence stack. He is responsible for translating Native’s vision into execution-grade products that convert fragmented, real-world retail environments into structured, decision-ready systems for global consumer brands.

At Native, Kevin architects the integration of field data capture, computer vision models, machine learning pipelines, agentic workflows, and scalable product infrastructure into a unified intelligence platform. His focus is not on building dashboards, but on building decision systems that embed directly into customer operating models and materially improve commercial outcomes. 

Prior to Native, Kevin held senior product and technology leadership roles at Hypersonix AI, SymphonyAI, 1010data, Circana, and Retail Solutions Inc., and previously founded and led a technology venture. Across these roles, he built and scaled AI-driven systems spanning the end to end supply chains of brick-and-mortar retail and eCommerce environments. 
His approach to product leadership is grounded in a simple principle: intelligence is only valuable if it changes behavior. At Native, he is building products designed not only to surface insight, but to drive execution in the field. He structures product organizations around clarity of outcomes, architectural resilience, and rapid iteration in emerging and fragmented markets.

Kevin Lunn

Alex Gilchrist leads Global Operations at Native Intelligence, responsible for the data collection, quality, transformation, and automation systems that underpin Native’s CPG and FMCG insights. With 15+ market launches across LATAM, Africa, EMEA, and APAC, he has built and operated large-scale data collection and validation networks that deliver consistent, high-quality, comparable in-store intelligence. He partners closely with sales and product leaders to translate granular store-level data into trusted insights that drive execution and growth.

Prior to Native, Alex held senior leadership roles at Premise Data, where he led post-acquisition integration processes, margin turnarounds, and end-to-end delivery for global CPG organizations including Coca-Cola, Unilever, Heineken, AB InBev, and PMI. 

His experience includes complex operating environments such as Pakistan and Sierra Leone, where he founded ventures and built teams focused on international development access and conflict reduction. He has also consulted across multiple developing markets for organizations including UNICEF, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), and UNOCHA. Alex holds a master’s degree in Postcolonial Literary and Cultural Studies and is based in the UK.

Carolina Montes is the VP of Customer Success at Native, where she leads regional customer success strategy across Latin America, driving retention, expansion, and long-term customer value. 

Carolina brings more than a decade of experience building and leading customer success and commercial teams in data-driven companies. She has deep expertise in key account management, commercial strategy, and performance optimization, with a proven track record managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and complex enterprise clients across the region.

Carolina is known for her results-oriented and pragmatic leadership style, shaped by fast-paced growth environments. She focuses on building high-performing teams, scalable processes, and strong client partnerships that translate data into actionable business decisions.

She holds a degree in International Business Administration from Universidad de La Sabana in Colombia, along with additional training in strategic marketing and executive development. Carolina is based in Bogotá, Colombia, and works closely with teams and clients across Latin America.

Juan Carlos Gonzalez is the Vice President of Sales LATAM at Native, where he leads revenue growth, go-to-market execution, and commercial scale for an AI-driven market intelligence platform serving global consumer brands in traditional trade. A seasoned commercial operator, he brings over 20 years of experience building high-performance sales organizations, driving predictable revenue, and closing complex, multi-country enterprise deals across Latin America.

At Native, Juan Carlos is focused on accelerating growth velocity, strengthening pipeline discipline, and scaling a repeatable enterprise sales engine. He plays a key role in refining the go-to-market model, expanding strategic CPG relationships, and embedding data-driven sales methodologies to improve conversion, deal quality, and long-term customer value.

Previously, Juan Carlos held senior commercial leadership roles at LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Cirium, both RELX companies, where he led regional expansion across the Andean region, Latin America, and the Caribbean. He consistently delivered above-target performance, built and scaled regional teams, and closed high-value enterprise agreements with leading financial institutions and aviation players. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles across technology, analytics, healthcare, and industrial sectors, including IBM, Boston Scientific, and Moody’s Analytics.

Juan Carlos holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad de los Andes and has completed executive education in sales, fintech, and regulatory compliance from leading institutions including the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Michigan. He is based in Colombia and operates across Latin America.
