The terms in Part I apply to Customers, Contributors, and Visitors. Part II applies to Customers. Part III applies to Contributors. Part IV applies to California residents and residents of other states that provide comparable rights where applicable.
Section 03
Part I: Terms for Everyone
This privacy policy applies to Native apps, websites, platforms, and products and services available through those experiences. Native collects information when you install mobile applications and through interactions and communications with Native via online services or otherwise. Use of the service is always subject to the Terms of Use, which incorporate this privacy policy.
The service is owned and operated by Native, and this policy applies to information collected, used, and shared by Native.
Native may transfer the information described in this policy to, and process and store it in, the United States, which may have a lower level of data protection than your country of residence. Where this is the case, Native will take appropriate measures to protect personal information in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.
Native may update this policy from time to time. Changes may be communicated through in-app messages, social media, website or portal notices, or other means. If you continue to use the service after updated terms are posted, that means you agree to the changes. Section 05
Collection and Use of Information
Subsection 5.1
Information Collected Through Use of the Service
Native collects information about how you interact with the service, preferences expressed, and settings chosen. In some cases, this happens through cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers. Cookies placed on your browser or device may also collect information about your online activity after you leave the service. This information helps improve the service, customize your online experience, and support the uses described in this policy.
Native also collects information you provide directly and information provided through third-party accounts.
Your browser may offer a “Do Not Track” option that signals to websites and services that you do not wish certain online activities to be tracked over time and across websites. The service does not support browser Do Not Track requests at this time, which means Native may collect information about your online activity both while you are using the service and after you leave it.
Google, Bing, social media ads, and similar vendors with which Native works may collect or receive personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites from the service and other apps and use that information to provide measurement services and ads. By using the service, you agree to collection and use of information for ad customization. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout .
Native uses analytics to understand how users use the service. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as visit frequency, pages visited, and referring sites. Native may use Google Analytics information to improve the service or send promotional messages. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned when you visit the service, but not your name or other directly identifying information, and Native does not combine the information generated through Google Analytics with other personally identifying information.
Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Additional information is available at google.com/policies/privacy/partners .
Where consent is required for non-essential cookies under applicable law, Native seeks that consent through its cookie management tool.
Subsection 5.2
Additional Information
Please review the sections below that pertain to you for disclosures about additional information Native collects.
Section 06
Retention of Information
Native will retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements. Personal information may be retained longer in the event of a complaint or if Native reasonably believes there is a prospect of litigation.
In determining the appropriate retention period, Native considers the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for processing, whether those purposes can be achieved through other means, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Section 07
European Data Protection
This section applies to the collection, receipt, or other processing of personal data relating to individuals in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
Native will endeavor to process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including where applicable the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the UK GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

- Request correction of personal data.
- Request erasure of personal data.
- Object to processing of personal data.
- Request restriction of processing.
- Request transfer of personal data to you or a third party.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent.
To exercise these rights, use the contact details below. Native will endeavor to respond within one month unless the request is complex. Native may ask for information necessary to confirm identity and right of access. Exceptions and exemptions may apply under applicable law.
Native may export personal data processed within the EEA or UK to countries outside those regions, including the United States, only in compliance with applicable European data privacy laws and using appropriate safeguards where required.

Native may combine that information with information collected from you in your capacity as a user of the service.
Google, Amplitude, and similar vendors may collect or receive personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across websites from the service and other apps and use that information to verify tasks and surveys, detect fraud, and provide measurement services and ads.
Native may conduct background and security checks, in its sole discretion, as a condition of eligibility to sign up for and complete tasks using the app.
Subsection 12.4
Important Information About Platform Permissions
Mobile platforms define certain categories of device data that apps cannot access without consent. These platforms have different permission systems for obtaining that consent. Android devices, for example, notify users of the permissions the Native app seeks before first use, and use of the app constitutes consent.
Section 13
Use of Information
Native may use the information it collects, including images, videos, recordings, photos, and screenshots, to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the service and the Native Wallet, including facilitating payments, providing requested products and services, developing new features, providing support, authenticating users, and sending product updates and administrative messages.
- Perform internal operations, including fraud prevention, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, testing, research, and monitoring usage and activity trends.
- Provide data analysis for customers and affiliates, including automated analytics powered by artificial intelligence.
- Send or facilitate communications between you and Native support systems, such as important notifications to subsets of users.
- Send communications that may be of interest, including information about products, services, promotions, news, and events of Native and other companies, where permissible under local law.
- Personalize and improve the service, including by providing or recommending features, content, referrals, and advertisements.
The legal bases for these uses include contractual necessity, legal obligations, and legitimate interests, including general business and marketing activities, investigations or disputes, and promotional purposes. Where Native relies on legitimate interests, you may have a right to object under applicable law.
Section 15
Your Choices
Subsection 15.1
Account Information
You may correct or delete account information at any time by logging into your in-app account. In some cases, Native may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes to the extent permitted by law, such as where there is a standing credit or debt or where Native believes you committed fraud or violated the Terms of Use.
Subsection 15.2
Access Rights
Native will comply with requests regarding access, correction, deactivation of a user account, or deletion of personal information in accordance with applicable law.
Subsection 15.3
Location Information
The service, including the Native Wallet if you sign up for it, requests permission to collect precise location from your device through the permission system used by your mobile operating system. Disabling that collection will limit your ability to access the service, although it will not prevent Native from deriving approximate location from your IP address.
Section 16

No Sales or Sharing Without Consent. Native does not sell or share personal information of Visitors or Customers. It may sell or share personal information, including images, videos, recordings, photos, and screenshots, of Contributors to third parties as described in this privacy policy.
Non-Discrimination. You have the right to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights.
Direct Marketing Disclosure Requests. California residents may request information about Native’s disclosure of personal information to third parties or affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes by emailing support@native.io .
